We understand that plans change and we will not charge for any cancellations as long as we are notified in time.
Do I have to move my furniture?
No. But it would help if you could temporarily relocate any small, fragile objects such as coffee tables, vases, lamps, and more
DO I NEED TO ARRANGE ANYTHING BEFORE ATC CLEANERS ARRIVE?
It is best to have all toys, clothes, dirty dishes, personal items and valuables put in a separate corner before our arrival. If you cannot spare some time to do so, we will take care of this for your convenience. If you would like us to address this, let us know so that we can arrange more time to do so.

DOES ATC USE ECO FRIENDLY CLEANING EQUIPMENT AND CHEMICALS?
Yes. We use Eco-friendly and government approved equipment and products made in Australia and which meet safety standards.
HOW LONG WOULD IT NORMALLY TAKE FOR MY CARPET TO DRY?
It takes between three and seven hours. But you can reduce this by putting a fan on or opening a window. We can also provide air-mover on request to reduce drying time significantly.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CLEAN THE PROPERTY?
This depends on factors ranging from the size of area, the number of items, type of detergents applied. However, you can rely on our well experienced, well trained team to get the job done as efficiently and effectively as possible.
WHO PAYS FOR THE PARKING FEES?
The customer has to pay the parking fee. Parking isn’t included in the cost of our service and will be added to the total amount at the end.
HOW CAN ONE PAY THE FEES?
We accept payment by cash, cheque, credit/debit card, just let us know how you wish to pay at teh time of making the appointment.
WHAT IF I HAVE PETS ?
Pets are no problem at all. We will take care of them as you guide us to, making sure that indoor cats do not leave the home. However dogs can be confined by their owners into an area of the house not being cleaned, such as the basement, garage, spare bedroom or kennel.
DO YOU HAVE A QUALITY GUARANTEE?
Yes. We try to achieved a 100% satisfaction rating with customers. We will not leave your premises without your tick of approval and we will be happy to redo the job if you are not justifiably satisfied.
DO I NEED TO BE AROUND WHILE CLEANING IS BEING DONE?
Most of our customers aren’t around especially on weekdays or even weekends but they trust us with the keys to their properties. For security reasons, all keys are individually coded and cross-referenced.
In case of an emergency 24/7 call out, we would like you to be around just to guide us through the urgent situation.
